Saldy Yusuf, MHS., ETN. Lahir di Ujung Pandang, 26 Oktober 1978. mengawali pendidikan keperawatan di Akper Depkes Tidung tahun 1997. Tahun 2004 melanjutkan pendidikan di PSIK-Unhas atas beasiswa Yayasan Hikmat Makassar. Di tahun 2008 mendapatkan beasiswa NNGF dari World Council of Enterostomal Therapist (WCET) untuk mengikuti Indonesian Enterostomal Therapy Nursing Education Programme (IndoETNEP). Tahun 2012 menyelesaikan pendidikan Magister Nursing pada bidang Chronic Wounds di Clinical Nursing Departement, School of Health Sciences, Kanazawa University-Japan atas beasiswa Kanazawa University. Pada tahun yang sama mendapatkan beasiswa DIKTI untuk melanjutkan PhD di bidang Chronic Wounds di Universitas Kanazawa
